Saint Phila Grand Plaza
Saint Phila Grand Plaza is set to feature a variety of residential apartment categories, spread across its 20-story structure. Each residential level will house 19 studios, 6 one-bedroom, and 4 two-bedroom apartments, amounting to a total of 228 studios, 72 one-bedroom, and 48 two-bedroom units, resulting in 348 residences overall.
The plaza will also consist of a hotel, which will include 85 Junior Suites, 19 Deluxe Suites, 14 Royal Suites), and a Presidential Suite, concluding to 119 hotel suites. This diverse offering aims to cater to the varied needs of residents and guests, providing luxury and comfort at every level.
